Bite out of the Big Apple

A very talented and special member of my team, Caitlin, leaves today to pursue her advertising and marketing career in the big city!!! For her celebration lunch I made her NYC cupcakes. I was out with friends having a couple glasses of really good Malbec which got me home a little late for decorating... but I think I somewhat pulled it off.
